About Brian Fox

Brian Fox founded Fox Advisory after two decades leading accounting, corporate finance, FP&A, and strategic transformation across global manufacturing, renewable energy, and high-growth technology companies. Prior to founding Fox Advisory, he was most recently the Executive Director of Corporate Finance at Tenneco (an Apollo Global Management portfolio company). Brian has also held senior roles at MN8 Energy (formerly Goldman Sachs Renewable Power), Yotta Energy, and SunPower after starting his career in public accounting.
His experience spans GAAP accounting, ERP implementations, OneStream improvements, FP&A infrastructure builds, and operational transformation with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes. Brian brings global corporate expertise to small and mid-sized companies, helping them build enterprise-level financial capabilities without enterprise overhead.
